Jean is a gentle, nurturing and extremely knowledgeable healer. I went to her feeling very stressed out and worn down and there was an annoying pain behind my right shoulder blade. I have no idea how or why it works, (Jean could explain it) but she got things "moving." I felt like I was shedding layers of armor. It was actually very emotional which I wasn't expecting. I have been doing acupuncture detox with Dr. Jean at Inside Out for over a year now. I have noticed so many changes in my life because of it.
