Appointment Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Rarebird Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Prescriptions. As a courtesy to all of my patients I strive to maintain a smooth and efficient operation so that I may provide the best care possible. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so within 48 business hours so that I may offer the appointment to someone else. Cancellations and no shows with less than 48 business hours notification greatly impact my business. Therefore I do have a $160.00 late cancellation and no show fee that will be collected at the time of your next treatment. If you are late for your appointment your time will be shortened to accommodate on time patients. Patients more than 20 minutes late will be considered no show and charged the cancellation fee. I respect your time and ask that you do the same. Your cooperation and consideration is greatly appreciated.
